ESI Appliance Services was founded in 2004. We offer turnkey solutions from the delivery and installation through to the warranty and care support for all your large home appliances including kitchen and laundry appliances, refrigeration, and heat pumps.
We’re proud of the fact that our team has more than 180 years’ combined service experience. Our industry expertise makes us the market leaders when it comes to the care, repair and installation of kitchen and laundry appliances.
The company has service centres in Auckland, Waiheke Island, and Queenstown and there is a strategy in place to achieve strong Year on Year growth. Plans are underway to establish Service Centres in all large regions. In addition to this, Owner/Driver operators operate in smaller New Zealand regions and towns.
ESI focuses on setting high standards associated with a range of appliance service solutions available and we provide a holistic approach for our customers, meaning that only one service provider is required.
Thanks to our long-held relationships with all manufacturers and importers, ESI has the capability to service more than 60 different brands which are available in New Zealand today.
ESI represent the world’s best brands and are the exclusive New Zealand Service and Installation agents for Sub Zero and Wolf as well as New Zealand Service and Repair Agents for Miele, Gagganeau, Liebherr, Whirlpool, Hoover, Indesit, Ariston, Falcon, Le Corneau, Viking, Bosch, Ilve, AGA, Kitchen Aid, Asko, Electrolux, Westinghouse.

Our people are our greatest resource

As a company, we are focused on providing increased levels of education and improved performance. Education is provided by way of internal skills-based training syllabuses together with external curriculums which combined provide a professional educative environment for our people.

As part of our quest to provide this, each year an ESI team member visits an international appliance brand supplier. This means different ESI team members will visit Europe, America and Asia every year. This is further supplemented with local training at New Zealand based supplier head offices.
