Free delivery and installation, connection and pick up

As part of your rental contract offer, we include delivery, installation and connection of your appliance. We will cycle test your appliance to check it’s correct, safe and ready to be operated. All you are required to do is enjoy the latest appliances, delivered and ready to use. When you are ready to upgrade or return the appliance, we will arrange this for you, this is included as well.

Product Swap

If for any reason you want to change the product you’ve rented, then this is no problem. Just call us and we’ll arrange a swap over. Of course, if you choose to upgrade your appliance there may be an increase in the rental price.

Repair or Replace

Appliances occasionally breakdown, or things get broken. We want to fix the problem ASAP so we’ll either repair the product immediately or replace it for you.

Upgrade at any Point

If for any reason you wish to change or upgrade your existing appliance rental ie a new fresh look, a technology upgrade, general product upgrade etc our appliance upgrade policy enables you to make this request seamlessly and keep up with the latest product releases. Sometimes the item you upgrade to may result in an increase in the rental contract price.

ESI is the home of leading brands with a choice of models within each category allowing customers the option of choosing a model to suit their requirements i.e. Budget, Appearance, Ease of Use etc. We have available both new and pre-rented options ensuring there is a product available at the price you can afford.

Total Flexibility

Given we specialise in appliances, that is we sell refurbished and second-hand models, rent appliances, rent to buy, service, install, offer extended warranty options and Annual Maintenance Service contracts we can tailor make our agreements to suit you. This means the period you select to rent for is completely up to you. We can provide one week or one month or one year or any period in between or longer if required.

Next Business Day Delivery

After the Rental Agreement is completed and approved, we will have your appliance delivered by the next business day. (Please note – providing this is within a 50 km radius of our Head Office or Branch Office.)
